The staff was super friendly, and went out of their way to try to find materials about the gym that I requested, and the Executive Locker Room (an extra you can pay for at select gyms) was the only one I had been in that felt worth the extra money. My only complaint besides the locks was that you have to walk up stairs to get to the actual gym. When I visited one person was inside, unlike the normal room, which was cramped.
