SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — It was a bit chilly for runners on Saturday morning, but thousands took over Syracuse’s Tipperary Hill neighborhood for the 15th annual Shamrock Run. The 15th annual Tipperary Hill Shamrock Run drew over 3,000 runners and many spectators to its four-mile course through historic Tipp Hill. Some of the funds are used to plant and tend 11 green space gardens throughout Tipp Hill.
